Invitation to the Training Course: "Social Pillar – Human Resources in ESG"
As the Vietnamese shrimp and rice value chains integrate more deeply into the global market, implementing ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance) standards has evolved from a choice into a mandatory requirement to maintain export capabilities and enhance brand reputation.
As the Vietnamese shrimp and rice value chains integrate more deeply into the global market, implementing ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance) standards has evolved from a choice into a mandatory requirement to maintain export capabilities and enhance brand reputation.
Within the framework of the project "Improving international market access for shrimp and rice enterprises through skills enhancement and occupational health and safety (OHS)," implemented by VCCI-HCM in collaboration with international organizations in Vietnam, we have conducted various survey and consultancy activities to support businesses in developing ESG sustainability reports.
Regarding the Social pillar, compliance with labor laws and international labor standards to build and refine human resource management systems is a critical requirement. Therefore, to support enterprises in localizing and standardizing their HR management systems under the lens of ESG and both domestic and international labor regulations, VCCI-HCM is organizing a training course on "Social Pillar – Human Resources in ESG" with the following details:
